About the Role

As a senior manager you will lead the delivery of new‑equipment installation projects at the Hinkley Point C site. • Define project objectives and lead installation projects. • Oversee administrative and material tasks. • Keep projects on schedule and within budget, monitoring teams and subcontractors. • Mitigate safety, ethics and quality risks with the project team. • Coordinate document submissions and site inspections with local authorities. • Ensure customer satisfaction, engineering support and profitability.

What You Bring
The position requires a strong background in the elevator or building trades, a focus on safety, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment. • Minimum high school education; BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred. • Experience in elevator or building trades with a strong safety focus. • Excellent communication and leadership in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment. • Self‑reliant with strong computer, organizational and business skills. • Intensive training in technology, processes and soft skills.
