About the Role

In this role you will maintain guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces, perform repairs on boilers, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems, and operate machine tools to fabricate parts. You will also conduct equipment inspections, document work orders, maintain pools and spas, and provide courteous service to guests and teammates. • Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces • Repair boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, and HVAC equipment • Complete maintenance tasks from work orders • Inspect and test machinery and equipment visually • Dismantle defective equipment and install new components • Install and repair electrical apparatuses, including transformers and wiring • Repair and maintain the physical structure of the resort • Operate machine tools (grinders, drills) to fabricate parts • Provide customer service to team members, owners, and guests • Respond to calls and questions from members and guests • Conduct building rounds and keep accurate records • Maintain, clean, and chemically balance pools, spas, and water features

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has strong verbal and written English communication, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proven facilities‑maintenance experience. Physical ability to work at heights and lift moderate loads, an EPA certification, a driver’s license, and preferably HVAC trade‑school training are required. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and property‑specific computer platforms • Effective verbal and written communication in English • High school diploma or equivalent • Proven facilities maintenance experience • Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, push/pull 100 lb, lift/carry 50 lb • EPA certification (required) • HVAC trade‑school certification (preferred) • Valid driver’s license
