Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers' storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. They conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing or moving supplies. • Inspect storage units daily to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. • Audit cash drawers, process bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collections. • Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and debris removal. • Lift and transport items up to 35 lb; walk, climb stairs, and operate large doors during shifts. • Provide flexible scheduling (9:30 am‑6 pm, weekends until 5 pm) with benefits after 20 hours/week.

What You Bring

Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food, possess a valid driver’s license, and use their own vehicle for travel between sites (mileage reimbursement is provided).
