About the Role
The Design Coordinator role supports project architects by managing documentation, specifications, and code reviews while liaising with owners and clients. The position offers opportunities to grow toward professional registration and to contribute to innovative, sustainable design solutions in a supportive, employee‑owned culture. • Evaluate and apply architectural techniques to construction documents. • Perform assignments with minimal guidance from the Project Architect or Project Manager. • Collaborate directly with owners/clients to select and recommend procedures. • Write architectural specifications and conduct code reviews. • Support Project Architects and coordinate work across all architectural phases.

What You Bring
• Master's degree in Architecture. • Experience with healthcare, educational, civic, science, or research facilities. • Interest or experience in sustainable design/LEED. • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and 3‑D Studio Max. • Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; eligible for registration. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and Autodesk Revit. • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.
