About the Role
As a Channel Development Specialist for North America Parts, you will work closely with Customer Service, Marketing, Materials Management, Operations and Warranty Administration teams to identify and secure parts sales opportunities, driving profitable growth and meeting quota for an assigned customer base. Key activities include maintaining relationships with existing accounts, prospecting new sales via outbound communications, analyzing sales trends with Power BI, serving as a conduit between customers and operations for quoting and parts identification, administering accounts and training customers on EasyParts.com, and handling escalations to resolve issues collaboratively. • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing accounts to achieve sales goals and increase margin. • Prospect new sales opportunities via outbound phone, email, or electronic communication. • Analyze sales trends using Power BI and report findings to the Sales Enablement Team. • Serve as a conduit between customers and Operations for quoting, parts identification, and order status. • Administer accounts and train customers on system tools, including the EasyParts.com application. • Escalate and resolve customer issues collaboratively within the NA Parts Management Team. • Distribute customer‑facing communications and presentation materials. • Conduct voice‑of‑the‑customer interviews to identify unmet needs and market pain points. • Fulfill field requirements for ad‑hoc sales reporting, stock list recommendations, and marketing collateral.

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of aftermarket parts, technical or manufacturing sales experience (or an associate degree with six years), proven remote‑work discipline, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, and proficiency with the MS Office suite. Preferred qualifications include HVAC manufacturing experience and familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce, and ERP/SAP systems, and candidates must reside in the Central or Mountain Time Zone or be willing to align their work hours accordingly. • Bachelor’s degree plus ≥2 years (or associate degree plus ≥6 years) of aftermarket parts/technical/manufacturing sales experience. • Proven ability to work remotely with strong self‑discipline and deadline management. • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, time‑management and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced sales environment. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Preferred: HVAC manufacturing experience; Power BI, Salesforce, ERP/SAP usage; email mailing list development for marketing.
