About the Role
The Paint Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless operations and collaborates with all manufacturing groups to verify that parts and tooling meet process expectations. Visual inspections are conducted to guarantee exceptional product quality. The role strictly adheres to company safety and LOTO programs, identifies and corrects hazards, and notifies the department team leader of any equipment or operational issues. Additional assigned duties are implemented as needed. • Perform preventive maintenance on paint production equipment. • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure parts and tooling meet specifications. • Conduct visual inspections to maintain product quality. • Follow safety and LOTO protocols, identify and correct hazards. • Report equipment or operational issues to the department team leader. • Use computer applications for maintenance tasks. • Read and interpret engineering prints. • Participate in 401(k) with company match and employee stock purchase plan.

What You Bring
We prefer candidates with 1–2 years of mechanical maintenance experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment, and a general proficiency with computers and software applications. An appropriate educational background is also required. The ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical skills, can read and interpret engineering prints, and follows written and oral instructions accurately. A safety‑conscious, self‑starter attitude, ability to work independently, and capacity to lift up to 50 lb are essential. • Apply 1–2 years of mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing. • Work independently with a safety‑conscious, self‑starter attitude. • Lift and carry up to 50 lb.
