About the Role

The role is based in London and involves internal collaboration with the engineering team as well as external interaction with clients and suppliers. The Supervisor is responsible for delivering best‑in‑class engineering services that achieve 100 % uptime and meet preventive‑maintenance (PPM) targets in line with contractual obligations. This includes directing corrective maintenance, managing critical environments and risk, and upholding industry standards to support Integral’s and JLL’s vision of engineering excellence. Strong teamwork, relationship management and technical expertise are essential. • Represent the hard services team and provide site support for all engineering requirements. • Conduct audits following Integral/JLL processes and maintain compliance and site logbooks in CAFM. • Develop and enforce critical service processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet contractual obligations. • Cover for the Technical Services Manager, acting as primary interface with client teams and building relationships with key stakeholders. • Monitor and coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), ensuring change requests are submitted accurately and timely. • Plan, control, and audit operations and maintenance activities across the building. • Ensure all technical activities comply with Integral’s health and safety and client safety standards. • Benchmark equipment performance and maintain the Asset Management Plan, monitoring asset criticality and condition. • Plan and manage major building shutdowns and critical work events. • Develop and lead the technical team, aligning skills with client requirements. • Establish and measure client SLAs to ensure business continuity, customer satisfaction, and effective communication. • Review plant and system performance, drive continuous improvement, and implement benchmarking programmes. • Provide emergency response, managing onsite teams and communications. • Foster a service‑team culture that emphasizes self‑delivery and self‑perform capabilities. • Implement smart systems to improve energy performance and support ESG objectives. • Manage tenant fit‑outs, including planning, facilitation, recording, and stakeholder meetings. • Oversee specialist service providers, ensuring quality inspections, signed worksheets, and prompt recommendations.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high level of technical knowledge of FM and new‑build systems such as LV/MV/HV power, UPS, HVAC and cooling, together with a recognised apprenticeship, degree or HNC in electrical engineering. At least five years of engineering service experience in critical or new‑build environments, proficiency with PPM, RM, CAFM, BMS, smart systems, and excellent communication and IT skills are required. • High technical awareness of FM and new‑build environments, including LV, MV, HV power distribution, UPS, HVAC, and cooling systems. • Recognised apprenticeship, degree or HNC in electrical engineering (or equivalent). • Minimum five years' experience delivering engineering services in critical environments or new builds. • Certifications LVAP and HVAP. • Strong leadership and management abilities. • Proficiency with PPM, risk management, CAFM, BMS, and smart control systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT literacy.
