About the Role
The Branch Manager will manage and supervise branch employees, oversee all branch operations, ensure company procedures are followed, communicate with staff, sales representatives, customers and administrative personnel, and resolve serious installation or service issues. The role also includes enforcing health and safety protocols, documenting jobsite incidents, and collaborating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotions, and meet goals. • Manage and supervise branch employees and oversee all branch operations. • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health, and safety protocols. • Communicate with staff, sales reps, customers, and admin to deliver top service and resolve installation issues. • Document jobsite accidents and incidents. • Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotions, and achieve goals. • Inspect and ensure quality of employee or subcontractor installations.

What You Bring
Qualified candidates have at least eight years of home‑improvement experience, five years in management, strong written and verbal communication, ability to inspect and ensure quality of employee or subcontractor work, familiarity with Microsoft and Google suites and CRM tools such as i360 and Salesforce, and a valid driver’s license. • 8+ years home‑improvement experience; 5+ years management or supervisory experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools (i360, Salesforce). • Valid driver’s license.

Benefits
