About the Role
• Organize and coordinate work, ensuring all materials, tools, and job information are ready on site or in the service van. • Operate company vehicle responsibly and maintain all tools and equipment without misuse. • Communicate with vendors, engineers, owners, service managers, and contractors to keep jobs within scope and budget. • Treat clients with respect, fostering partnership relationships while delivering professional service. • Investigate issues, troubleshoot, and determine efficient solutions for electrical installations and service changes. • Collaborate as a team member, assisting others and following a process‑oriented work style. • Estimate time and material requirements for service tasks, managing resources efficiently. • Maintain attention to detail and professionalism on every client request.

What You Bring
• Hold an active Texas journeyman electrician license. • Minimum four years of documented industrial/commercial field experience or completion of a four‑year apprenticeship. • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record. • Strong knowledge of Texas safety and traffic laws and electrical industry standards. • Punctual, motivated, detail‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and in diverse, fast‑paced environments; willing to travel as needed.
