About the Role

In this role you will greet and engage Bass Pro Shops customers, deliver compelling presentations about vacation ownership, and build trust by identifying each guest’s travel interests and needs. You will work toward and exceed individual and team sales goals while providing concierge-style service with local attraction recommendations and discounted vacation packages. Continuous training helps you stay informed on new offerings and sharpen your skills. • Greet and engage Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership. • Deliver compelling presentations highlighting ownership benefits. • Establish trust and identify guests’ travel interests and needs. • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. • Provide concierge‑style service with local attraction recommendations and discounted packages. • Participate in training to sharpen skills and stay informed on offerings.

What You Bring
