About the Role
The role involves managing positioning activities such as strategic planning, creating communications and marketing materials, coordinating pre‑qualification efforts, and gathering customer feedback, while acting as a liaison between business development, pre‑construction, and marketing teams to provide market insights and trend analysis. • Manage positioning activities: strategic planning, communications, marketing materials, pre‑qualification coordination, and customer feedback collection. • Serve as liaison between business development, pre‑construction, and marketing, providing market sector insights and trend analysis. • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and customer relationships; identify new market opportunities. • Convert prospects into contacts for sector leaders and become familiar with project estimates to facilitate discussions. • Complete Request for Proposals with 100 % accuracy and compliance with owner specifications. • Support the development team, follow direction, utilize training, and complete performance reviews. • Lead team members by example, offering coaching, feedback, and performance management. • Build relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels. • Detail‑oriented in data entry, reporting, financial projections, and market analysis.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, have at least five years of industry‑related business development experience, a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong relationship‑building, marketing strategy execution, and detail‑orientation skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management, and CRM tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum five years of industry‑related business development experience. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30 % of the time. • Proven customer relationship building skills with regional business knowledge. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project‑management, and CRM web applications. • Strong customer service, active listening, and effective communication abilities. • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, inclusive behaviors, and affirmative action plans.
