About the Role

Serve as a strategic advisor to the ES‑A functional leaders in Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management and Supply Chain. You will develop, align and deploy functional strategies that advance near‑ and long‑term business objectives through talent, culture and structural initiatives. This includes identifying, acquiring and developing the organizational capability needed to strengthen the company’s competitive position and owning succession planning and high‑potential development to maintain a robust leadership pipeline. Lead competitive compensation and recognition programs that drive performance, motivation and retention, and shape a culture of trust, inclusion and accountability across central functions. Elevate the HR function through operational excellence, continuous improvement and EBS tools, while driving data cleansing for HR technology platforms to enable data‑driven decision‑making. Act as liaison between ESA and Corporate/Electrical Sector teams, manage restructuring actions within a multi‑year program, and partner with OCM and division HR leaders to execute talent strategy and change initiatives. What You Bring

The role requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and at least ten years of professional HR experience, including leading HR for multiple sites or a distributed workforce. Success criteria include business acumen, workforce analytics, coaching and assessment, organizational design, and change enablement, with a deep understanding of compliance (EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.). You must be an inspirational, servant‑leadership oriented leader comfortable in a fast‑changing, matrix environment. • Own succession planning and high‑potential development to sustain leadership pipeline. • Demonstrate business acumen, workforce analytics, coaching, organizational design, and change enablement.

Benefits

The position offers a salary range of $165,000‑$242,000 plus a variable incentive program and a comprehensive benefits package, subject to eligibility factors such as location and collective bargaining agreements.
