What You Bring

The company is seeking experienced Asphalt Paver Operators for its Huntsville, AL/North Alabama operations. The role reports to the Paving Superintendent and requires a proven ability to lead safety initiatives while working effectively within a team. • Communicate effectively in the role. • Minimum 1–2 years asphalt paver operating experience. • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate heavy equipment safely. • Strong team player with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and night shifts. • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and dusty conditions.
