About the Role
• Manage day‑to‑day activities for multiple construction and renovation projects. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to meet project milestones. • Support project planning, design reviews, and execution aligned with workplace strategy. • Assist in developing budgets, cost control, and expense tracking. • Monitor invoices, change orders, and vendor payments. • Identify cost‑saving and value‑engineering opportunities. • Develop and maintain project schedules. • Align timelines with internal stakeholders and external vendors. • Track deliverables and ensure timely task completion. • Aid vendor selection and contract administration. • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with scope and timelines. • Support procurement of materials and services. • Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership. • Maintain documentation and reporting on status, risks, and issues. • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication across teams. • Support quality control and ensure work meets design and safety standards. • Assist with permitting and compliance with local building codes and regulations. • Promote a safe, organized job site environment. • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities where required.

What You Bring
The firm is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead planning and execution of corporate office real‑estate projects. The role requires hands‑on construction project management experience, strong organisational skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment. It is a hybrid position with 2–3 days per week on‑site, adjustable to project and client needs. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field. • Minimum 7 years of construction or facilities project management experience, preferably corporate or multi‑site. • Experience with office renovations, tenant improvements or workplace reconfigurations. • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Procore. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel occasionally across the U.S. • Knowledge of sustainability practices and workplace trends (preferred). • Ability to work on‑site 2–3 days per week with flexibility.

Benefits
The salary range for this full‑time position is $130K‑$170K base, with compensation determined by experience and qualifications.
