About the Role
A Driver‑CDL (B) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck and providing prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services for customers. The incumbent ensures the vehicle complies with the Company’s safety standards before operating, adheres to all Company, state, and federal regulations while driving, and completes daily vehicle condition reports to address defects promptly. The driver conducts thorough pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, operates the truck safely along assigned routes, loads and compacts waste, interacts courteously with customers, tags unsatisfactory containers, handles hazardous materials when needed, may operate a hydrovac unit, monitors vehicle condition, cleans spills, and meets productivity standards.

What You Bring
The role requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to stay focused in a busy environment, safe driving, use of navigation tools, maintaining basic logs and records, and following instructions without constant supervision. Applicants must hold a Class A or B commercial driver’s license with air‑brake endorsement, a current 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification or the ability to obtain it, a DZ license or higher, and have 2‑4 years of related driving experience.
