About the Role

The Lead HVAC Service Technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair commercial HVAC equipment. Duties include reading wiring diagrams and service manuals, documenting work on the company iPad using our service software, and communicating effectively with customers and office staff to ensure satisfaction. The technician must manage time, follow up on assignments, and adhere to safety protocols. • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and operation manuals • Document service work using company iPad and software • Communicate effectively with customers and office staff to ensure satisfaction • Adhere to safety protocols on all job sites

What You Bring

Candidates should have 5–10 years of commercial HVAC experience, a valid EPA license, and a clean driver’s license. Additional requirements include the ability to use gauges, meters, measuring tools, and hand/power tools, the capability to work both independently and in a team, and passing a drug screen.
