About the Role

The Lakeshore Lodge Maintenance & Facilities Handyman will directly support the LSL BM in overseeing the upkeep and appearance of Lakeshore Lodge and all common areas, while also performing required property management condo checks for LSL condo owners. The role serves as a resource for Lakeshore Lodge as well as all HOA property assets, providing support to the HOA Property Manager as needed throughout the property. The handyman will act as the main contact for Lakeshore Lodge vendors conducting maintenance at units and the main building, obtain estimates for projects and repairs, and collaborate with the HOA PM to establish monthly, quarterly, and annual vendor service calendars. Operations duties include assisting the BM with preparing units for owner arrivals and rentals, conducting scheduled unit inspections, and managing opening and closing checklists for seasonal transitions. General building responsibilities involve performing in‑house handyman tasks, weekly checks of main building systems, maintaining the lobby, fitness center, dock, vestibules, elevators, garage, walks, and grounds, and supporting the HOA PM with maintenance of HOA assets across Gozzer properties. Administrative tasks involve working with the HOA PM to identify preventative maintenance for mechanical systems such as sumps, sewer, water, cooling tower, boilers, and access systems, assisting with common area plans, reviewing maintenance calendars, and helping with budgeting for future years and special projects. • Serve as the primary contact for vendors, obtain estimates, and coordinate maintenance services. • Schedule and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual vendor service calendars. • Prepare and inspect condominium units for owner arrivals and rentals, following checklists. • Perform opening and closing seasonal preparations for units and common areas. • Execute general handyman tasks and weekly inspections of main building systems, reporting issues. • Maintain the lobby, fitness center, dock, vestibules, elevators, garage, walks, and grounds. • Support the HOA Property Manager with in‑house maintenance across Gozzer properties. • Identify and schedule preventative maintenance for mechanical systems such as sumps, sewer, water, cooling tower, boilers, and access systems. • Assist in planning maintenance calendars, budgeting, and special projects.
