About the Role
The Community Sales Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations of the sales center, receiving training and mentorship from senior sales leadership. This role delivers exceptional customer service to existing and potential buyers while maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Drive the overall sales process and achieve or exceed business plan targets. • Register all prospects in the CRM system and log follow‑up actions and notes. • Develop and execute lead‑generation plans and nurture relationships with stakeholders. • Greet prospects, deliver personalized presentations, and provide product and company information. • Conduct weekly home walkthroughs and lead customer update calls with construction and CX teams. • Maintain the sales center, show homes, and inventory in a professional, market‑ready condition. • Create and manage advertising and promotion plans aligned with the approved business plan. • Perform competitive analyses of pricing, premiums, and marketing incentives. • Assist in negotiations, conflict resolution, and timely escalation of sales‑related issues. • Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales contract information to relevant departments. • Attend scheduled sales meetings and training sessions as required.

What You Bring
The position requires a minimum of four years’ sales experience, a high school diploma, and preferably a post‑secondary degree in business. Candidates should have a proven record in residential or new‑home sales, strong computer proficiency, and excellent time‑management and organizational skills. • Possess at least 4 years of sales experience, a high school diploma; post‑secondary education preferred. • Demonstrate an outstanding sales and customer‑service record, preferably in new‑home sales. • Exhibit strong computer proficiency, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
