Expert, ERP Business Analyst

About the Role

The role involves providing on‑demand SAP FICO expertise to global business process and operational teams, as well as partners responsible for data‑center administration. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA, and configure the system to align with UNIFY standards. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams ensures seamless integration across modules and third‑party systems, while you will also conduct testing and support user acceptance. • Provide on‑demand SAP FICO support to global business and data‑center teams. • Analyze business requirements and create functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA modules. • Configure, customize, and test SAP S/4HANA solutions, including unit, integration, and UAT. • Deliver end‑user training, functional documentation, and SOPs. • Manage escalated solution issues, ensuring tickets are resolved and closed per process. • Coordinate release validation, testing, and liaison with regional support and Global Data Excellence teams. • Support deployment activities from scoping to GoLive and transition to support. • Lead and validate cut‑over activities and ensure proper integration with other modules.

What You Bring

Candidates need 8‑10 years of SAP FICO experience, including hands‑on work with S/4HANA Finance, FI‑GL, Controlling, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and related sub‑modules. Strong knowledge of financial month‑end activities, closing cockpit, intercompany reconciliation, and SAP Fiori apps is essential. Experience leading complex roll‑outs, cut‑over activities, and working in Agile environments, as well as exposure to integration with MM, SD, and PS, is required. • 8–10 years of SAP FICO experience, including S/4HANA Finance. • Hands‑on expertise in G/L, AP, AR, Treasury, Asset Accounting, Closing, and CO sub‑modules. • Experience with Financial Month‑End, Closing Cockpit, and intercompany reconciliation. • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps, Launchpad configuration, and S/4HANA Finance. • Proven track record leading complex multi‑project roll‑outs and cut‑over activities. • Familiarity with Agile methodology and integration with MM, SD, and PS modules.
