About the Role
The role involves leading the development and coordination of electrical BIM models throughout all project stages, from concept through IFC. The incumbent will manage model setup, maintenance, and delivery in line with BIM Execution Plans, perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage, and ensure compliance with BIM standards and data management requirements. Collaboration occurs via Common Data Environments such as BIM 360, Aconex, or ProjectWise. Additional duties include generating electrical layouts, schematics, single‑line diagrams, and schedules directly from BIM models, supporting BIM Managers with workflow and template creation, mentoring junior BIM designers, and participating in design coordination meetings to verify model accuracy and design intent. • Lead development and coordination of electrical BIM models from concept to IFC stages. • Manage model setup, maintenance, and delivery per BIM Execution Plans. • Perform clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination using Navisworks Manage. • Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, processes, and data management. • Utilize Common Data Environments (BIM 360, Aconex, ProjectWise) for collaboration and version control. • Produce electrical layouts, schematics, single‑line diagrams, and schedules directly from BIM models. • Support BIM Managers in creating workflows, templates, and quality control processes. • Mentor and guide junior BIM designers and modelers. • Participate in design coordination and review meetings to verify model accuracy.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least 11 years of professional experience, including eight years on large‑scale Middle‑East projects, and strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (Electrical) and Navisworks Manage. Familiarity with BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 workflows, common data environments, and building electrical systems (LV, MV, ELV, power distribution, lighting) is required, along with excellent collaborative and communication skills. • Minimum 11 years of experience, with at least 8 years on large Middle‑East projects. • Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Electrical) and Navisworks Manage. • Experience with BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 workflows and common data environments. • Strong knowledge of building electrical systems (LV, MV, ELV, power distribution, lighting). • Excellent collaboration and communication across multidisciplinary teams.
