About the Role
In this role the GM shapes a culture of integrity, inclusion, and urgency, while developing and executing short‑ and long‑term strategies that target at least 50 % market outgrowth and continuous gross‑margin expansion. The leader partners with global commercial teams and the NA Sales Leader to set sales targets, align resources, and drive customer satisfaction across beverage, food, CPG, and intralogistics markets. • Lead NA Plastics and Cambridge Engineer Services businesses, managing ~ $200M revenue and three US/Mexico manufacturing sites. • Develop and implement profitable growth strategies aiming for ≥50% market outgrowth and margin expansion. • Set sales targets aligned with the Annual Operating Plan and oversee regular performance oversight. • Own full P&L, provide financial forecasts, and allocate resources to achieve revenue and profit goals. • Attract, develop, and retain talent; establish results‑oriented management measuring individual performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers; coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑geographic initiatives.

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field and a minimum of ten years of progressive business leadership experience, including proven P&L ownership and the ability to travel up to 40 %. An MBA, additional years of P&L leadership, and experience in capital‑equipment or product‑line management within relevant industries are preferred. Successful candidates demonstrate strong influencing skills across functions and geographies, decisive decision‑making, talent development, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments. Fluency in English is required; basic Spanish proficiency is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; 10+ years of business experience with P&L leadership; ability to travel up to 40%. • Preferred: MBA, 3+ years additional P&L leadership, 5+ years managing sales revenue and expense plans, experience in capital‑equipment, product line, or commercial management, and background in food, beverage, CPG, or intralogistics. • Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and regions, make timely decisions, motivate teams, and operate in ambiguous settings. • Fluent in English; basic proficiency in Spanish preferred.
