About the Role

The Brokerage Specialist provides dedicated support to a single fee‑earner or team, serving as the primary line of communication between the broker and internal departments. This licensed role ensures client service, marketing, research, and administrative functions are executed effectively. In this capacity, the specialist collaborates with various organizational departments to meet client needs and facilitate the broker’s success. Responsibilities include managing client service activities, preparing marketing materials, and handling transaction workflows. • Track opportunities, listings, and deal‑related expenses • Maintain and update CRM system per guidelines with new opportunities • Collect expense reimbursement documents and related information • Review and prepare representation, commission, and listing agreements • Track and monitor day‑to‑day transaction work and team workload • Coordinate with account leadership to track and report client deliverables • Review and analyze lease/sale documents • Work with local brokers to implement marketing efforts for listings • Create and edit marketing materials and presentations using PowerPoint or InDesign • Coordinate initial listing presentations and broker opinions of value • Maintain team and property web pages • Plan and support client and local C&W events • Prepare internal monthly reports on deal status and marketing activities • Coordinate broker communications, including calls, emails, and client interactions • Perform basic data gathering such as property searches and site selections • Abstract leases and draft proposals under supervision • Execute property tours and arrange necessary accommodations • Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through cold calling and other channels • Attend client meetings as requested • Manage or execute special projects as assigned

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 0‑3 years of experience in real estate or a related field. Required skills include excellent oral and written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, and strong interpersonal abilities. The position involves typical office work with extended periods of sitting, computer use, and regular communication via speaking, hearing, and typing. Vision is needed for reading printed material, graphics, and digital displays.
