About the Role

The Field Administrator provides comprehensive administrative project support on a military base, handling tasks such as certified payroll processing, vendor management, and meeting coordination. Responsibilities also involve document control, on‑site facility management, and processing base access and insurance requisitions. The role demands a customer‑focused, detail‑oriented individual who can balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Process certified payroll and manage base access requests. • Handle vendor relations and on‑site facility coordination. • Coordinate meetings/events, prepare agendas, and record minutes. • Maintain project document control and compliance records. • Provide administrative and compliance support to construction stakeholders.

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least two years of administrative experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet navigation. Familiarity with Oracle, Bluebeam Revu, and LCPtracker is preferred, and experience in accounting or certified payroll is advantageous. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills, as well as the ability to quickly adopt new software, are essential. RQC, LLC is a full‑service contracting and design firm specializing in Design/Build projects for public and private clients, primarily for the Department of Defense. Benefits

Compensation is $26.00‑30.00 per hour, dependent on experience, and the position is non‑exempt. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
