About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Guest Services to join our growing team. In this role you will oversee evening Front Desk operations, support leadership with personnel functions, ensure VIP experiences, and collaborate across housekeeping, engineering, and the front office to maintain property standards. • Serve as Manager on Duty during evening hours, ensuring Front Desk coverage • Report daily maintenance needs to Engineering • Assist leadership with performance management, counseling, scheduling, training, brand compliance, and recognition • Inspect all VIP rooms before arrival and greet/escort VIPs • Conduct property walks with General Manager or Director of Front Office • Coordinate maintenance weeks with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office • Perform daily inventory and inspections of public areas, coordinating prompt responses • Ensure vacant rooms are cleaned and ready during potential sell‑out situations • Prioritize outside contractor visits • Fulfill reasonable requests from management within capability • Allocate 80% of time to Front Desk duties and 20% to managerial administration

What You Bring

Successful candidates will bring solid hotel management experience, night‑audit expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to balance front‑desk duties with managerial responsibilities. • High School Diploma • 3+ years of hotel management experience • At least 2 years of night audit experience • Strong interpersonal and time management skills • Preferred: 3–5 years as Front Office Manager • Preferred: 4+ years of hotel management experience • Preferred: Experience with voice system
