About the Role

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues on installed Building Automation and Energy Management Systems. • Perform software preventative maintenance, including patch implementation and antivirus updates. • Write and test code in multiple languages and environments following high‑quality practices. • Recommend system improvements and modifications. • Assist with commissioning and startup of new Building Automation and Energy Management Systems. • Develop and streamline software code, graphics, and drivers for the front‑end HMI. • Support third‑party commissioning agents and communicate deficiencies to the project team. • Conduct network troubleshooting and run packet captures for engineering support. • Initiate, manage, and communicate status of field‑related product support cases. • Aid the Project Manager with scheduling, prioritization, and obstacle identification for startup tasks.

Benefits

For this U.S.–based full‑time position, the compensation range is $66,000 to $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and a short‑term incentive. Pay within the range is determined by performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
