About the Role
• Perform content restoration for residential and commercial properties. • Conduct cleanup, pack customer contents, clean HVAC systems, and deodorize facilities. • Inventory site contents, set up emergency equipment, and prepare items for storage. • Follow safety rules, regulations, and site‑specific safety plans; wear protective gear. • Operate routine tools and equipment; perform inspections and preventative maintenance. • Maintain warehouse, stock supplies, and perform building maintenance tasks. • Work at heights using ladders and scaffolding. • Handle hazardous waste operations.

What You Bring
The Restoration Technician works as part of a team to perform emergency services and contents restoration while complying with company policies and EPA, OSHA, and local safety regulations. The role requires availability for after‑hours and weekend emergency response. The work environment is typically dirty, dusty, noisy, and may involve uneven surfaces, hazardous substances, extreme weather, and frequent travel. Employees must wear personal protective equipment, be able to lift up to 75 pounds, and meet OSHA HAZWOPER medical clearance requirements. Technical skills include basic mathematics, reading and interpreting safety documents, and writing routine reports. Strong communication abilities are needed to interact effectively with customers and staff. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and 2‑4 years of construction experience on water/fire damage projects. Required certifications include a current environmental physical, OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER, a valid driver’s license, and forklift operator certification; IICRC Water Restoration and heavy‑equipment experience are advantageous.
