About the Role
Principal responsibilities include loading and unloading drums, totes, and containers of hazardous and non‑hazardous waste materials from trucks, sampling the contents, consolidating drum contents into larger containers for processing, and operating a forklift under company safety standards with training provided (forklift license not required).

What You Bring
Preferred qualifications involve the ability to use heavy and light equipment such as forklifts and pallet‑jacks, skill with hand and shop tools and instruments, demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize, stay focused, and handle multiple diverse responsibilities. Basic knowledge of hazardous classes and waste codes, adherence to company policies and safety standards, and a valid driver’s license (when required) are also desired. Minimum qualifications require the ability to pass a 40‑hour HAZWOPER training program upon hire.
