About the Role
The Finance role involves overseeing the complete accounting function, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and coordinating with auditors. The incumbent will prepare financial statements, manage balance‑sheet and P&L reconciliations, handle inter‑company settlements, maintain fixed‑asset records, and support regulatory reporting. Additionally, the position focuses on improving processes, monitoring internal controls, and implementing corrective actions. • Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements • Engage with internal and external auditors for timely completion of audits • Prepare financial statements • Prepare and review monthly balance sheet and P&L reconciliations and submit quarterly BPC packs on time • Reconcile inter-company accounts with group entities monthly and settle balances regularly • Maintain fixed asset register, post monthly depreciation journals per statutory requirements, and manage periodic physical verification of assets • Support timely compliance with external regulatory requirements • Identify and implement initiatives to simplify and strengthen processes • Monitor internal controls according to Group frameworks and ensure timely corrective actions

What You Bring
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with industry experience, preferably in the service sector • Experience managing a team • Fluent English (written and verbal) • CA articleship completed at a Big 4 firm (highly preferred) • Strong analytical ability with effective communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft products and experienced with ERP systems • Agile working
