About the Role
The Sr. Inside Sales Representative serves as the front line of customer contact, assisting telephone and walk‑in clients with equipment rentals, understanding their needs, negotiating terms, and placing orders. What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and relevant experience—at least three years in equipment rental or a degree with one year of industry experience. Strong customer service, telephone, computer, and administrative skills are essential, and bilingual ability is a plus. • Perform physical tasks: bend, squat, lift 50 lb, work indoor/outdoor as required • Minimum qualifications: high school diploma/GED and valid driver’s license • Require 3+ years equipment‑rental experience or degree plus 1 year related experience • Preferred: DOT qualification completion and bilingual (Spanish) capability • Strong telephone etiquette and customer‑service orientation • Proficient in computer and administrative tasks
