About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations at a community, including handling service requests, preventative maintenance, staff and vendor oversight, safety compliance, and resident relations, working closely with the Community Manager to ensure property standards are met. • Oversee daily maintenance activities, service requests, and preventative maintenance programs. • Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify and correct safety hazards. • Manage inventory and order supplies within budget constraints. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff performance. • Coordinate with vendors, obtain bids, and ensure quality of work performed. • Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve resident issues. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and unit inspections as needed. • Maintain accurate records of service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, and work progress.

What You Bring

• Require High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification; HVAC knowledge preferred. • Possess basic computer skills and understanding of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Ability to lift/move objects 100+ lb, work overtime, weekends and night hours for emergencies. • Reliable transportation required for on‑call duties.

Benefits
