About the Role
The engineer will represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and team members, creating designs under supervision and developing specifications, system narratives, and layouts across all project phases. They will also lead design development, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and oversee construction documentation. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria. • Supervise preparation of reports and system option analyses. • Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts with other trades and consultants. • Monitor correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners. • Oversee construction administration, including field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda. • Conduct employee performance evaluations. • Participate in the Technical Leadership Committee. • Assist technical training and staff mentoring initiatives.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a BS in Electrical Engineering, be a licensed PE, and have 7–15 years in consulting MEP engineering, with healthcare design experience preferred. Strong hands‑on design skills, CAD/Revit proficiency, and project management abilities are required.
