About the Role
The role involves commercial and residential HVAC installation, including installing, hanging, and insulating ductwork, running lines, and performing service, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Additional duties may include limited pipe and refrigeration work. • Perform commercial and residential HVAC installations, including ductwork hanging, insulating, and line routing. • Conduct service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. • Execute limited pipe and refrigeration work as needed. • Bring and maintain basic trade tools. • Wear proper personal protective equipment on all job sites. • Participate in incentive programs and tool‑purchase assistance.
