About the Role
• Lead and coordinate a team of up to ten cleaners to complete daily and scheduled tasks safely and to standard. • Oversee sanitising of high‑traffic and designated industrial areas. • Perform spot cleans, deep cleans, and hazard‑related cleaning. • Operate cleaning equipment and enforce safety procedures. • Report hazards, maintenance needs, and incidents to site management. • Maintain stock levels, issue tasks, and complete basic documentation.

What You Bring
• Consistent weekday hours with no weekend work. • Strong verbal and written English skills. • Experience as a Leading Hand or Cleaning Supervisor; industrial/mining/refinery background preferred. • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle. • Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks for the full shift. • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) and ability to pass medical, drug and alcohol testing. • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
