Job Highlights
About the Role
A Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous waste removal services, ensuring vehicle compliance with company safety standards, state and federal regulations, and completing daily vehicle condition reports to address defects promptly. • Perform complete pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections and report safety issues. • Safely operate the collection truck along assigned routes, loading, compacting, and disposing waste at designated facilities. • Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers to ensure timely service. • Identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers and monitor waste for compliance. • Clean accidental waste spills and maintain vehicle cleanliness, including packer blade and truck body. • Complete route productivity sheets, vehicle condition reports, and other required documentation. • Adhere to productivity standards, safety policies, and participate in the ReSOP program.

What You Bring
