About the Role

Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver informed project solutions aligned with client goals and market expertise. You will coordinate documentation with consultants across structural, MEP, lighting, AV, acoustics, accessibility, envelope, and life‑safety domains. Your role includes resolving complex technical and design challenges, producing constructible solutions, and directly generating drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks. You will manage submittals, substitution requests, RFIs, and interface with permitting officials, while contributing to project financial performance and maintaining client relationships. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative design solutions and coordinate construction documentation. • Translate architects' sketches into detailed 2D/3D models using Revit and visualization tools. • Coordinate documentation with consultants across structural, MEP, lighting, AV, acoustics, accessibility, envelope, and life‑safety areas. • Resolve complex technical and design challenges to produce constructible solutions. • Produce drawings, specifications, and manage construction administration tasks. • Process submittals, substitution requests, and respond to RFIs during construction. • Interface with building officials for permitting and construction phases. • Contribute to project financial performance and assist with proposals and contracts. • Maintain productive client relationships throughout project lifecycles. • Submit a current portfolio or work samples in PDF format.

Experience throughout the full project lifecycle, flexibility to handle concurrent projects, and strategic, integrated design thinking are essential.
