About the Role
The Data & AI Training and Engagement Leader joins Baker Hughes’ Digital Technology team, driving the strategic direction of data, AI, and learning initiatives. This role sits at the heart of the company’s digital transformation, collaborating with engineering, product and business teams to solve technical challenges and foster innovation. Key responsibilities include developing an enterprise‑wide training strategy aligned with transformation goals, designing and maintaining multi‑track curricula, and creating competency models for varied personas. The leader will oversee the production of e‑learning modules, workshops, labs and live sessions, establishing a scalable enablement model for global learners. Engagement efforts will build communities of practice, champion networks, and internal communication campaigns, while measurement systems track adoption, skill progression and business impact. • Develop and execute an enterprise‑wide Data & AI training strategy aligned with business priorities. • Design a multi‑track curriculum covering data literacy, analytics, AI fundamentals, ethical AI and role‑specific tool enablement. • Lead creation and global delivery of e‑learning modules, workshops, labs and live training sessions. • Build and nurture communities of practice, champion networks and internal communication campaigns to drive adoption. • Define KPIs, dashboards and feedback loops to measure effectiveness and continuously improve programs.

What You Bring
Partnering with Digital Technology, Data & AI, HR/Learning & Development and business units, the leader ensures the organization is equipped with the knowledge, confidence and support needed to adopt data‑driven and AI‑enabled solutions. A unified curriculum and engagement framework will span foundational data literacy, AI awareness, hands‑on tool training, role‑based capabilities and continuous upskilling pathways. Success in this role requires a bachelor’s degree in Education, Data/Analytics, Organizational Development, Business or a related field, plus 8‑10 + years of experience designing and delivering large‑scale learning programs, preferably in data, analytics or AI. Candidates must possess deep understanding of data literacy concepts, modern analytics tools and AI fundamentals, as well as strong instructional design, facilitation and storytelling capabilities. The ability to influence without authority, collaborate across complex global organizations and champion responsible AI practices is essential. • 8‑10+ years experience designing large‑scale learning programs, preferably in data, analytics or AI. • Strong knowledge of data literacy, modern analytics tools and AI concepts, with proven instructional design and storytelling skills. • Ability to influence cross‑functional leaders, manage stakeholder partnerships globally and champion responsible AI.
