About the Role

• Commission, service, and maintain advanced commercial HVAC equipment. • Provide on‑site consultations on building comfort, inefficiency, and service issues. • Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement on commercial heating and cooling systems, including chillers, RTUs, heat pumps, and fans. • Identify system enhancements, prepare labor and material quotes, and earn incentives for implemented recommendations. • Participate in rotating weekend, night, and holiday on‑call service.

What You Bring

• Require at least 2 years of experience with residential, light‑commercial, or commercial mechanical equipment; may need to pass a skills examination. • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification, a valid driver’s license, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. • Preferred: 5 years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience and knowledge of pumps, VFDs, air handling units, and rooftop units. • Must be willing to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters union.
