About the Role

The role involves assembling components and sub‑assemblies according to detailed instructions, drawings, bills of materials and work orders. Employees perform quality inspections, audits, and testing, calibrate tools, document results, and handle packing and shipping paperwork. They also inspect and repair returned merchandise, maintain line efficiency, and ensure safety while operating air and electric tools. • Follow detailed assembly instructions, drawings, bills of materials, and work orders. • Perform quality inspection, audits, and testing of assembled products. • Read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings. • Calibrate tools and finished goods, maintaining documentation. • Pack products and process shipping paperwork. • Inspect and repair returned merchandise (RMA). • Maintain line efficiency and work pace according to standards. • Operate air/electric tools safely and follow all safety rules. • Report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to supervisors. • Provide hands‑on training to coworkers as needed. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support 5S methodology. • Cross‑train in other areas when required. • Use hand tools and operate machines as required. • Follow directions, pay attention to detail, and stay focused on repetitive tasks.

What You Bring

Success in this position requires good manual dexterity, the ability to lift 20–25 lb and maneuver up to 50 lb using proper techniques, and competence with hand tools and machines. The employee must work independently with minimal supervision, collaborate effectively on a production line, and be willing to work overtime when needed.
