About the Role

Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, implementing, and sustaining business processes and information systems, with a focus on future automated data‑collection systems. Collaboration across teams is essential for the development of these automated solutions. You will provide analytical and technical expertise for data‑collection development, integration, and application, working with management, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives. The role involves facilitating discussions to capture and validate business requirements, designing innovative solutions, and recommending improvements that enhance customer service and financial performance. Maintaining effective relationships, overseeing daily data‑flow operations, and resolving data discrepancies without impact are key duties. What You Bring

The role is based in Arvada or Denver, Colorado, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office each week, and offers flexibility for candidates throughout the Denver Metro Area. The minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience, and at least three years of relevant experience—one of which must be in areas such as customer service, marketing, automated metering, communications, revenue protection, distribution operations, engineering, or information systems. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer focus, leadership, initiative, attention to detail, and solid communication, technical, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency with PC applications and analytical software. Preferred qualifications are proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. • At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in customer service, marketing, automated metering, communications, revenue protection, distribution operations, engineering, or information systems. • Strong customer focus, leadership, initiative, attention to detail, and solid communication, technical, and analytical skills. • Proficiency with PC applications and analytical software; occasional travel required. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. • Familiarity with Power BI business intelligence software.

The anticipated base salary ranges from $73,700 to $104,633 annually, complemented by an annual incentive program, health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, retirement plans, PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, fitness and transit reimbursements, and other employee recognition programs.
