Senior Finance Analyst - Accounts Payable
Handle AP invoice entry, processing, reporting & support digital platform initiatives.

About the Role
In this role you will be part of the LaSalle Digital Experience (LDX) platform, contributing to digital innovation that enhances finance operations. • Process invoice entry and ensure accuracy within agreed service‑level timelines. • Conduct daily quality audits and manage the AP general mailbox. • Produce regular system‑driven reports and maintain backup documentation. • Create and update functional process documents, capture exceptions, and resolve data gaps or queries promptly. • Monitor user acceptance testing and assist with issue investigations. • Deliver best‑in‑class client service, fostering partnership‑oriented relationships. • Meet or exceed client‑specific KPI targets and achieve a 4‑5 rating on satisfaction surveys. • Mentor and train team members on AP best practices and agile methodologies. • Apply agile practices and continuous‑improvement principles to product release planning.

What You Bring
• Possess 1–3 years of accounts payable experience in corporate, service‑provider, or consulting environments. • Hold a degree in commerce, finance or a related field; demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office; attention to detail and awareness of the end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay cycle is advantageous. • Exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and resilience to manage stress and embrace new ideas.
