About the Role

The FAB Machine Operator is responsible for performing technical fabrication operations on raw materials throughout the Fabrication Department using metal processing machinery. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment to produce parts that meet specified work orders and drawings. • Observe all safety rules and hygiene regulations. • Receive work assignments and instructions from the supervisor. • Perform initial set‑up on PLC, analog, or manual‑controlled machines. • Operate equipment and machinery to produce parts. • Interpret work orders, including written instructions, Kanban cards, and drawings. • Complete required paperwork and system transactions. • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials for continuous operation. • Inspect final components against work specifications. • Conduct necessary operator maintenance on machining and fabrication equipment. • Report abnormal situations and submit maintenance work orders.
