About the Role
• Ensure safety and order of the Tree Bar by managing crowds and preventing altercations. • Enforce establishment rules and de‑escalate tense situations. • Verify IDs to confirm patrons meet legal age requirements. • Patrol interior and exterior areas to maintain awareness and deter problems. • Provide welcoming customer service, answer questions, and offer assistance. • Manage crowd flow to prevent overcrowding and ensure smooth entry and exit. • Monitor for suspicious activity and block unauthorized entry. • Maintain a positive work environment during highly stressful incidents.

What You Bring
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive work environment under pressure are essential for this role. • Preferred experience in doorman, bouncer, or security roles. • Ability to work evenings/nights, primarily Wednesday‑Sunday 7 pm‑2 am with flexibility. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with members, guests, staff, and contractors. • Pass a criminal background check.
