About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role focuses on leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, requiring daily onsite presence, lead follow‑up within 24 hours, and execution of leasing paperwork and move‑in processes. • Show, lease, and move‑in prospective residents; qualify leads, conduct tours, and sign leases. • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and follow up on prospects. • Complete leasing paperwork, assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Track prospect traffic, update leasing data, and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet leasing goals. • Perform administrative duties and address resident complaints, requests, and satisfaction. • Help develop resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Support annual marketing plan execution and conduct weekly market surveys and competitor analysis. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and enforce community policies.

Benefits
Compensation includes an hourly rate of $15‑$17 plus a total rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) match, commissions, bonuses, paid sick days and holidays. The position may require overtime, weekends, and work in varied physical conditions.
