About the Role
As a Relocation Project Coordinator you will drive exceptional relocation outcomes by managing the entire move process, ensuring customer satisfaction, clear communication, and transparent cost reconciliation across all move‑related activities. The role places you at the center of workplace mobility operations, overseeing logistics coordination, vendor management, and technical requirements to support both small and large office moves, new‑hire onboarding, and post‑move support. • Manage new‑hire onboarding and coordinate move logistics with administrators and managers. • Assess space, order ergonomic parts, prepare move lists, and label/box items. • Schedule movers, coordinate security badges, and oversee IT equipment disconnects/reconnects. • Supervise vendors on‑site, communicate desk changes, and adjust move plans as needed. • Coordinate power, data, cleaning services, and arrange furniture for drop‑in stations. • Provide post‑move communications, troubleshoot missing items, and handle scrap/recycling. • Update seat assignments, track costs, and reconcile invoices for all moves. • Lead multiple concurrent relocation projects while maintaining accuracy and timelines. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and deliver clear relocation instructions.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include at least three years of corporate experience with office operations, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with IT tools for equipment disconnects and reconnects, and excellent written and verbal communication. Preferred qualifications encompass background in office relocations, facility or corporate real‑estate management, experience with vendor relationships, process improvement, budget management, and advanced customer‑service expertise. • Prefer candidates with prior office relocation, facility management, or IT equipment experience.
