About the Role
The Security Officer will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for resort guests and staff. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, patrolling the interior and perimeter, handling guest requests, overseeing alarm and surveillance systems, maintaining records, and investigating incidents. • Respond quickly to emergencies such as fire or safety hazards • Patrol interior and perimeter to identify safety and security risks • Assist guests with calls for key assistance, noise complaints, lost and found • Oversee alarm systems and surveillance • Maintain inspection reports and records • Investigate incidents, accidents, suspicious activity, and hazards; prepare detailed reports with photos and statements

What You Bring
• Ability to patrol the property for 5–8 hours at a time • Friendly, effective interaction with guests at all times • Availability to work various shifts throughout the week • Proficient computer skills and strong verbal/written communication for incident reporting • 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑service focused security role • Prior hotel experience (preferred) • Military or law enforcement background (preferred) • Current First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
