About the Role
The role sits within the Control Centre and involves high‑level incident coordination, supporting controllers, and ensuring that any alarm mistakes, performance deterioration or site trends are quickly addressed. What You Bring
The position operates on a rotating shift pattern that includes 3‑day and 4‑day on‑rotas, night shifts and standby duties, with 7 days off between each roster. Candidates must be analytical, data‑focused and comfortable in a fast‑paced, reactive environment, and possess strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities. A qualification in environmental science, experience with regulators or a background in utilities are desirable. • Essential: strong analytical, data‑driven approach; interest or experience in environmental protection; ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational setting; strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving skills • Desirable: qualification in environmental science; experience with environmental regulators; utilities sector background
