About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and for directing and managing the overall maintenance programs in coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor. This role supports the community’s upkeep and resident satisfaction. Day‑to‑day duties involve a variety of maintenance tasks and collaboration with the Service Manager to ensure timely completion of service requests, preventive maintenance, and resident assistance. The role also contributes to the community preservation plan and responds to emergency calls as needed. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties • Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by community needs • Ensure service requests are completed correctly and promptly • Perform preventative maintenance repairs • Respond to automated service or emergency calls per company policy • Assist with resident functions • Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance program

What You Bring
• Punctual, dependable, and self‑starter • Experience in apartment maintenance • At least one year of apartment maintenance experience • A/C Certification Type II or Universal • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on‑call
