About the Role
• Operate asphalt rollers to compact hot‑mix asphalt according to project specifications, following prescribed rolling patterns, speeds, and compaction requirements. • Coordinate with the paving crew, screed operator, and foreman to maintain consistent mat quality and monitor asphalt temperature and surface conditions. • Perform daily equipment inspections, routine maintenance, and promptly report any mechanical issues. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site in compliance with Rogers Group safety policies and OSHA regulations. • Assist with additional paving and labor tasks as needed to support crew operations and meet project schedules.

What You Bring
Rogers Group Inc. is seeking experienced Asphalt Roller Operators for the Cookeville/Upper Cumberland area in Tennessee, reporting to the Paving Superintendent. The role is full‑time, day shift, with possible weekend, night shift, and overtime, and includes extensive medical and retirement benefits. • Demonstrate an uncompromising focus on safety, strong attention to detail, and commitment to producing quality work. • Possess prior experience operating asphalt rollers or similar heavy equipment and knowledge of compaction methods and rolling techniques. • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, perform physical labor, follow instructions, and work effectively as part of a team. • Hold a valid driver’s license and adhere to Rogers Group safety and compliance policies.
