About the Role
The Community Coordinator role supports the General Manager of a large‑scale HOA community in Prince William County. Acting as the primary liaison among homeowners, the Board of Directors, committee members, vendors, and association staff, the coordinator ensures smooth onsite operations. • Greet homeowners, residents, board members, vendors, and contractors onsite. • Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and email. • Issue pool, parking, and key FOBS passes. • Receive, sort, log, and distribute mail and packages. • Enter and update data in the community database. • Manage email correspondence and communications with homeowners. • Prepare and send HOA violation letters. • Coordinate maintenance requests, schedule vendors, and oversee work orders. • Assemble board packages and schedule monthly and annual board meetings. • Distribute weekly mass communications about maintenance, guidelines, and events. • Assist homeowners with monthly payments and architectural review forms.

What You Bring
Success in this position hinges on strong team collaboration, proactive customer service, and the ability to manage administrative and project tasks efficiently. • High school diploma or GED. • Minimum two years of administrative, clerical, or office assistant experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication with conflict‑resolution skills. • Customer‑service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team. • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and proactive mindset. • Capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
