About the Role
The Dynamics 365 Developer will join the IT team to design, develop, and implement the company's Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations platform. Using independent judgment, the developer will create, enhance, and support business solutions that streamline processes, boost user productivity, and maintain operational continuity. The role also involves leveraging low-code solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn complex challenges into technology-driven outcomes. In this position, you will apply Agile/SCRUM practices to build scalable solutions on Dynamics 365 F&O and the Power Platform. You will construct model-driven apps, automate workflows, configure entities and forms, and produce custom reports. Integration work with external systems, system optimization, issue resolution, and leading technical analysis alongside IT partners are key components of the job. • Design and develop scalable business solutions for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++ and Power Platform following Agile/SCRUM methodologies. • Build and maintain model-driven apps, automations, entity and form configurations, custom reports, and system customizations. • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Data Entities, OData, and custom services. • Identify opportunities for system improvements, process optimization, and user enablement. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in Dynamics F&O and Power Platform applications. • Lead technical analysis, solution development, and ongoing support in collaboration with cross-functional IT teams.

What You Bring
We seek candidates with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least two years of experience tailoring Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++. Proficiency in Dataverse Power Apps, .NET, SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps is required, along with strong problem-solving, creativity, and project management abilities. Effective communication and the capacity to gather requirements and work independently with product owners and analysts are essential. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or foreign equivalent). • Minimum 2 years experience customizing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with X++. • Experience with Dataverse Power Apps, .NET, SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps. • Strong problem-solving, creativity, innovation, and project management skills. • Ability to gather business requirements and develop applications independently while collaborating with product owners, business analysts, customers, and team members.
